Dedicated to empowering women in her culture to find their voice using hers on her daily radio show through what she calls her “Spoonfuls”, she believes that when we learn to feed our internal flame with whatever essential nutrient it needs, be it a “spoonful” of Forgiveness, Acceptance, Compassion, Patience, etc. we then begin the healing process towards the fulfillment of the life we’ve always dreamed of…and it can be done. . . .a “spoonful” at a time!

El Coaching Integral y los diferentes entrenamientos de liderazgo que ofrece el Instituto Ford, impactan tu vida de una manera sorprendente. Durante el proceso de mi divorcio atravesaba una de las etapas más oscuras de mi vida y gracias al trabajo de Debbie Ford y su perspectiva que ofrece ante la vida en su libro Divorcio Espiritual, descubrí una gran revelación, que yo soy la única que decide el rumbo que toma mi vida…es decir, que ¡tengo opciones! Si, ya sé que parece algo sencillo y obvio, sin embargo en la cultura Latina eso no necesariamente es algo que se aprende tan fácilmente.

Este trabajo me ha permitido encontrar de nuevo mi esencia y eso es invariablemente el mejor regalo que podemos darle a quien se cruza en nuestro camino. Yo ahora alimento esa esencia con los nutrientes necesarios para mi bienestar emocional, yo las llamo mis ‘Cucharaditas’ puesto que así es como he ido recuperando el poder de mi vida…de cucharadita en cucharadita!

El poder ofrecer éstas herramientas sanadoras en nuestro idioma es mi prioridad desde mi primer Taller de la Sombra en el 2004. El integrar tu sombra te permite liberar esas creencias falsas que solo te mantienen anclado en el pasado. Te invito a experimentar un mundo nuevo, lleno de posibilidades para una vida inspiradora. Ese que siempre has querido explorar, pero no te has animado quizás (entre muchas cosas) por no entender el idioma. Ese mundo ya está a tu alcance….contáctame con toda confianza…y sin compromiso…yo te acompaño a crear la vida que siempre has deseado…de ¡cucharadita en cucharadita!
