As a Certified Integrative Coach and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Alyse Rynor has been a counseling professional in the area of Personal Transformation for nearly 20 years. She is the founder and director of Soul Choice Counseling, where she helps individuals step out of the smallness of who they think they should be, and into a life that feels balanced, fulfilling and whole. As a therapist, Alyse spent many years at a Family Service agency as well as working in Hospice. In addition, Alyse served on the Board of Directors for both Unity in Chicago and The Conversations with God Foundation. Today, she uses her experience and spiritual connection to guide individuals in accessing their own inner wisdom for growth and change. Alyse has lived most of her life in the Chicago area and has four grown children who are now thriving adults.
While working in Hospice, Alyse recognized the gift of a healthy life and began to question how she was living hers. Over the years, Alyse had been finding herself repeatedly involved in one unhealthy relationship after another, including two divorces; which affected not only herself but her children. Stepping into the process of Integrative Coaching, Alyse began for the first time, to develop the most important relationship of all -- the one with herself. Through understanding and discovery, Alyse began reclaiming and embracing the parts of herself she had lost years ago, thus moving her on a new journey towards greater self confidence, self connection and self love.
As a Certified Integrative Coach, Alyse enjoys guiding others towards learning to make self-loving choices. Her clients are people who are ready to discover their own power and tune into who they really are. Many are seeking to heal from Co-Dependent behaviors, stepping out from behind the mask of the ‘nice guy’, the ‘good girl’ or ‘ pleaser’ and into their own sense of power, while learning to set healthy boundaries for themselves. Coaching sessions with Alyse hold a sense of connection and understanding, promoting safety for clients to go within, to express and explore. Alyse feels honored to do this work and views it as sacred. She believes in the gifts that Integrative Coaching can bring and enjoys being a part of the amazing transformation that awaits those who choose to step into this next level of their lives.
