Ann Rieke has over 20 years experience as a small Franchise coach. Early in that career she realized the people with the most successful businesses also had successful lives: they had good coping skills, could work successfully as members of a team by setting personal dislikes aside and did not indulge in self-sabotaging behavior including bad habits and negative self-talk. She also realized Franchisees with the best support from their spouses and families were the most successful in business and in life.
Ann went through a very painful divorce after a long-term marriage and successfully raised at-risk teenagers. She understands the pain associated with those life-situations. Now that Ann is a Spiritual Divorce Coach herself, she embraces the value of others learning about and understanding themselves, their relationships and how they can heal the wounds of estrangement from any loved one: a spouse, parent, child or friend.
Ann’s specialty is working with women and men who have divorced after long-term marriages or may be dealing with rebellious children. She also works with new families who are combining two households. She has successfully coached clients to be able to understand their contribution to the divorce and to find the value of the divorce. Ann has also coached clients to support their children in following their own dreams and goals.
