Francine Boissonnault is a life coach with many clubs in her bag. Her
diversified background includes small business management, marketing,
teaching, training and translating. While she grew up in the city, she
now lives in the country with her husband of 20 years, where they run
an organic family farm and raise their 3 beautiful children. Francine's
passion has always been growth and transformational work. She's been
studying and practicing coaching for the last 10 years. She has already
coached many people in creating a powerful vision for their lives,
setting and attaining objectives. She is currently working on a book on
the healing of shame.
Ever since her teenage years, Francine has been passionate about
understanding the human heart and soul. She has studied many different
approaches in her desire to heal the wounded child inside of herself,
and to learn how to help others. She had to personally heal a toxic
relationship with her mother, as well as the loss of her father at an early
age. Discovering Shadow work allowed Francine to understand that 1) she
did not need to "fix" who she was, but rather to own and embrace all of
herself, 2) she already has everything she needs inside her. This work
allowed Francine to embrace and own her most beautiful gifts, the ones
that were hidden in the dark. Shadow work has been her passion ever
since. She is now able to use this to guide people to discover their
own hidden treasures.
Francine's own life is a testimony that one can heal very deep
childhood wounds and create an extraordinary life through this work.
She is particularly interested in coaching people wanting to work on:
mother-daughter relationships, romantic challenges, conflict with
authority, body image and career re-orientation. Francine is a warm and
authentic person who easily relates with people from any background.
She coaches in English and French.
