Gaga Barnes is a life coach, multi-media artist and certified Laughter Yoga teacher. She believes that everyone has unique, undiscovered gifts and she is passionate about supporting people in their soulful self-discovery and self-expression.
Born and raised in Warsaw Poland, she chose the U.S. as her home in 1979.
She has been fascinated with human potential, the power of the mind and the role our soul plays for many years. Since Gaga was a little girl she felt different and searched for a meaningful life for herself and others. Shadow Integration allowed her to connect with her soul essence and purpose. The quality of being "different" that she rejected for many years was transformed into "freedom to express".
Today she coaches, creates her "Art from Heart" and teaches people how to be playful and laugh for no reason through Laughter Yoga. She provides tools, support and inspiration to become aware, open and authentic. She has a remarkable ability to clarify unquestioned territory and clear a path for soulful connections and personal expansion. She is a perfect match for clients who are willing to follow their passions and are being called to a greater, freer, fuller life of collaboration with others in this mysterious and wondrous Universe.
