Gudrún Björk was born and raised in Iceland, and now she lives with her daughter in Denmark. Throughout her carrier she has been working with a diversity of people from different cultures and nationalities. She has years of experience in coaching gymnastics on an elite level leading the squad to a number of Icelandic championships and Scandinavian competitions. As the head coach she taught and learnt the value of creating a strong and devoted team as well as choreographing. She graduated from the Tourism College of Iceland and has over a decade of experience in the travel industry in different administrative positions and managements. She has continued to work on leadership and coaching skills both in her jobs, by certifying by Sofia Manning in Denmark as a Life and Business Coach, and in the educational programs at Debbie Ford Institute. Combining her strong inner compass and intuition gives her a strong mental tool in her work with the Debbie Ford’s Blueprint and Spiritual Divorce programs.

When working with her clients, Gudrún Björk also draws on her own experiences, such as courses, focused on alternative inner-growth exercises, spiritual lifestyle and Yoga training.

Gudrún Björk enjoys working with clients, collaborating with them to find their own path; she endeavors to let the client uncover their own insights and gently coaches them to a positive and constructive outcome. She especially thrives on guiding clients to their own inner transformation and to see people take action, grow and become who they really are by realizing their potential, helping them to realize that the goal is to become whole as a human being. And use their experience as a catalyst to turn wounds into wisdom. She coaches is Danish, English and Icelandic.
