With a professional background in Human Resources, Karen Ciandella
brings more than 20 years of both corporate and entrepreneurial success
to her work as a coach. Karen, who was already a successful life coach
prior to beginning her extensive training with the Ford Institute in
2004, has led numerous Transformational Workshops and now serves as a
mentor for other coaches-in-training. In addition to being a certified
Master Integrative Coach, Karen is the owner of Inspire One Coaching
and has developed The Coach is Within™ method. Committed to the
advancement of the life coaching profession, Karen was a founding
member of The Coaches Studio™, an organization focused on the
continuing education and enrichment of coaches, clients, and business
leaders and is the founder of "The Project to Inspire a Million." She
is presently completing her Master's degree in Spiritual Psychology
through the University of Santa Monica.
Karen discovered the work of Debbie Ford at a profound turning point in
her life: simultaneously in 2004, her marriage of 15 years came to an
end, she became seriously ill, and she left her job. Not only was her
sense of identity and place in the world radically altered when her
marriage ended, but she was faced with the possibility of dying - all of
which sent her on the search to discover the true meaning of her life.
Attending her first Shadow Process at this time proved to be a
life-changing decision. It was in facing and embracing her anguish,
fear, and hurt that Karen was able to find the deep, internal source of
power to reinvent her life and embrace her real purpose. It was time to
use what she had lived and learned to support other people in creating
lives of joy and triumph.
From corporate executives and entrepreneurs to single parents and
grandparents, Karen expertly guides people to move through internal
blockages - such as anxiety, fear, overwhelm, discontent, or a lack of
vision - in order to access the confidence, clarity, self-acceptance, and
enthusiasm that will fuel them in creating a life of success and
fulfillment. Having nurtured positive and loving relationships with her
ex-husband, three grown children, and grandchild, one of Karen's
specialties is navigating relationship changes and cultivating
intimacy. Deeply understanding the "empty nest syndrome" and the
catalyst for change that it is, Karen also specializes in coaching
people through mid-life transitions and rediscovering life as a great
adventure. Her clients have achieved remarkable breakthroughs in the
areas of health, career, spiritual development and life purpose.
