Lorraine Brock has been dedicated to the service of others in both personal and professional arenas over 45 years. For the last 16 years she has worked in Human Resources and employee relations. Coaching now combines both her desire to help make a difference in people’s lives and her love of service to others. Lorraine is Co-Owner of Inspiring Spirits, LLC, dedicated to coaching individuals to “Overcome and Become” all they are capable of becoming.

When Lorraine experienced the personal devastation of an unexpected divorce after 40 years of marriage, she realized she needed to find a purpose and re-direction for her life and future. Deep personal work through Spiritual Divorce and Blueprint allowed her to find the unexpected gifts and blessings hidden in adversity along her life’s journey. This powerful work has allowed Lorraine to transform her own heart and life and discover inner healing and peace. As a result, she has learned to embrace faith in times of uncertainty, see obstacles as opportunities, and accept ownership in defining her own future.

Lorraine has a passion to share the gift she has found by helping others find life-changing possibilities that lie within every person who is willing to seek and find their own potential to refocus or recreate their own life. The priceless gift of healing her own heart is one of the most valuable gifts she has received through her training and her coaching work. From there, anything is possible! Through a coaching relationship, Lorraine provides a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment as she helps guide a dedicated client to access courage, direction, and wisdom from their heart to create the life they long to live.
