Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, Patricia Menaul is the founder of
Spirit Speaks Coaching, which provides coaching to individuals,
professionals and business leaders. She has spent 20 years in sales and
management in the Fitness and Wellness Industry and is a single mother
of three. Through her heart felt and always growing relationships with
her children, she has developed a fantastic sense of humor.
Due to the work of Debbie Ford and Integrative Coaching, Patricia has
been freed from the need to ‘fix’ herself and no longer feels the
terror that comes with the thought of being abandoned. This work has
allowed her to access, own and express not only her sensitive heart,
but also her fiery Celtic nature.
Patricia believes everyone is special and unique. Utilizing her
expertise in providing a positive and safe environment, she is able to
ignite the fire within. Through collaboration and support, her clients
learn how to access and make peace and love with all of who they are,
which will enable them to employ all of their unique qualities in their
day to day lives.
