Paula Gregorowicz is the owner of The Paula G. Company providing coaching to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and people in transition. She is an active member of the International Coach Federation and is an ACC credentialed coach. Her background in Corporate America coupled with her successful transition to entrepreneur and businesswoman give her a strong platform for partnering with clients to transform their fears into freedom so they can align who they are with what they most want to do personally and professionally.

Paula believes that everyone has unique gifts and talents to serve the world and deserves the chance to live fully a life by their own design. While Paula spent over 17 years in Corporate America in various roles ranging from accounting and finance to information technology she was unfulfilled. A passion to move from the daily dread of a career that didn't quite fit led her to the work of Debbie Ford and Integrative Coaching. This work has enabled Paula to unearth and integrate her own self-sabotaging beliefs, start her own business, set free her passion for outdoor adventure, form close and forgiving relationships with her parents, embrace her talent as a writer, and cultivate a thriving relationship with her same-sex partner of 18 years.

With great compassion, Paula guides her clients so they are able to tap into the wisdom that is already inside them but was previously out of reach. She is particularly gifted at helping her clients act upon this wisdom in a way that marries head and heart for lasting change and real results. Paula has helped her clients make successful career transitions, start their own businesses, heal their relationship with money, and successfully and authentically navigate the challenges of being LGBT in both their personal and professional lives.
