Rachel has devoted her life to transformation, emotional education and being in service to Love since she was 18 years old. As a community builder and relationship maven, Rachel holds a very special place in the founding history of The Ford Institute and the growth of the global community of Integrative Coaches. In 2000, Rachel and Cliff Edwards enrolled the very first class of coaches for The Blueprint together founding The Ford Institute for Integrative Coaching. In 1996, when Debbie began leading The Shadow Process at The Chopra Center in San Diego, Rachel produced The Shadow Process in Miami. For years she singlehandedly helped educate the South Florida community by answering the questions: what is the shadow? and why should I do this process? She is a modern day missionary talking with everyone she meets about the source of suffering, drama and unfulfilled dreams.
Burning with the fire of passion, Rachel shares her deep wisdom of what it takes to step out of the smallness of our limitations and our stories, into our greatness, by fulfilling our highest vision and becoming the person and lover we dream of being. Her successful private practice as a transformational psychotherapist and Master Integrative Coach in South Beach has been built upon the teachings Debbie developed in her seminal body of work, mixed with the love, care and emotional safety Rachel generously offers everyone she meets. Rachel's depth of understanding and profound empathy has been integral in the life changing support she has provided Debbie Ford, the global community and the way she holds relationships so intentionally in her private practice.
Rachel's brings her many years of recovery from addiction while in her teens, supporting her husband through a lengthy life challenging illness, and transforming herself through deep shadow work into her life's purpose. After 18 years, she lovingly completed her marriage in a spiritual divorce and continues to have a caring relationship with her former husband who remains an important part of her family. She offers this possibility to the people who seek to approach transforming their relationships consciously. In 2002, Rachel became a certified Imago Relationship Therapist adding to her love for shadow work and has integrated the shadow work she does with individuals and the relational work she does with couples becoming known as Love Coach Rachel. Rachel is an ambassador for Debbie Ford in South Florida as Director of The Sacred Space Miami, an epicenter for personal growth and transformation, and continues to fulfill her mission of cultivating loving relationships personally and professionally, while building our growing conscious community.
