Ruth Duffield is a Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Supervisor, Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Archetypal Consultant, Blueprint Coach and Spiritual Divorce Coach. She was awarded an MA in Transpersonal Psychotherapy for her Research Paper on ‘Retirement – A Time for Self Discovery?’ which she then presented at the BACP Conference in 2000. Her coaching training with Debbie Ford gives her a strong platform for partnering effectively with clients to move beyond their perceived limitations, accessing their own inner wisdom in the discovery of their heart’s desire both personally and professionally.

Due to the work of Debbie Ford and Integrative Coaching, Ruth has integrated her own self sabotaging beliefs, has a successful therapy practice and had a growing and loving marriage of 44 years until her husband’s recent death, and an outstanding son and daughter and three amazing grandchildren. Her favourite hobbies are cooking and eating with friends and family.

Working together, Ruth supports and guides her clients to their heart, where all the answers reside, to unlock their own inner wisdom. She is passionate about authenticity and derives great satisfaction from empowering her clients to achieve beneficial changes in their lives.
