I've been engaged in spiritual practice for forty years. I was still a teenager when I became interested in meditation. Learned of Tai Chi when still in my twenties, and over 30 years later, I've learned to recognize Chi and body energy as a way to integrate body with soul. I started doing Yoga about 10 years ago and have an active practice today. I've studied the Tao for 35 years, as well as Buddhism, Bagavad Gita, the Koran, the Bible and the Kabbalah
The 21 Day Consciousness Cleanse is a very good tool. Debbie Ford is authentic and genuine and also teaches with a sweet, nectar like, voice.
The techniques and meditations are synthesized to be taken in pleasant little gulps each day. If a reader will commit to the practice, the experience will change their lives.
I don't just recommend it, I recommend that you take if from the same shelf where you keep other holy books. Receive this book with gratitude and reverance and it will serve you in a powerful way.
