Why I Wrote This Book

I wrote The Best Year of Your Life after watching year after year go by with people making and breaking promises to themselves about all the changes they’d make in their lives. I realized that most people weren't at all prepared, and from supporting others through the transformational process, I was able to discern that the process is more about becoming who you want to be than chasing a goal that may or may not happen.
